Driver terms and conditions
BACKGROUND
nottingham green cars is of the opinion that the Driver has the necessary qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to nottingham green cars
The Driver is agreeable to providing such services to Speedo on the terms and conditions set out in this term.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, Speedo and the Driver's (individually the "Party" and collectively the "Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:
SERVICES PROVIDED
nottingham green cars hereby agrees to engage the Driver to provide Speedo with the following services: Picking up and dropping passengers.
The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Driver hereby agrees to provide such Services to ng cars
PERFORMANCE
The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.
The Driver will be responsible for all income tax liabilities and National Insurance or similar contributions relating to the Payment and the Driver will indemnify Speedo in respect of any such payments required to be made by the Driver.
The Driver will be solely responsible for the payment of all remuneration and benefits, including any National Insurance, income tax and any other form of taxation or social security costs.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Confidential information (the "Confidential Information") refers to any data or information relating to the business of Speedo which would reasonably be considered to be proprietary to the Driver including, but not limited to, accounting records, business processes, and Driver records and that is not generally known in the industry of the Driver and where the release of that Confidential Information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to S ng cars
The Driver agrees that they will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any Confidential Information which the driver has obtained, except as authorized by ng cars or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply whilst working for ng cars
CAPACITY/INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed that the Driver is acting as an independent Driver and not as an employee. The Driver and Speedo acknowledge that this Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them, and is exclusively a contract for service.
AUTONOMY
Except as otherwise provided in the terms, the Driver will have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of the Services in accordance with the terms. The Driver will work autonomously and not at the direction of Speedo. However, the Driver will be responsive to the reasonable needs and concerns of Speedo.
NO EXCLUSIVITY
The Parties acknowledge that this terms is non-exclusive and that either Party will be free, during and after the Term, to engage or contract with third parties for the provision of services similar to the Services.
*Driver is responsible for providing all equipment necessary to perform the Journeys, at your own expense. This includes costs such as the vehicle and fuel costs.
*Driver’s must have the right to work in the United Kingdom (including holding a valid National Insurance Number).
*Registered drivers can only use Ng driver app.
*All documents must be in date and comply with the local authority guidelines.
*Speedo will withhold all driver’s ride history for three years.
*Driver must give high quality service to the passenger during the journey.
NOTICE

All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and delivered to the Parties at the following addresses:
